Monthly Subscription Plans ~ This gives you preferred client status. For a monthly fee, I am on call for you at any (reasonably sane) time of day for strategic planning, troubleshooting, and most importantly, creating a client relations plan that will build loyalty, increase satisfaction and lead to profitable referrals. The usual.

Client Relations  ~ My specialty. Anything and everything that makes for insanely happy clients who refer you all over the place!

  • “Two heads are better than one”, as the saying goes. There is nothing quite like talking it over to shine a light on the situation, gain perspective and ease your mind.

Think I can help? Want to talk? Here’s what to do.

  1. Simply click here and schedule a time at your convenience to talk with me. You will be asked to answer a few questions about yourself (don’t stress, they’re easy ones) so we can make the most of our time.
  2. You will then be whisked over to Pay Pal to do your thing.
  3. Make a note of our scheduled time so you don’t miss it!
  4. You are responsible for making the call.

Note: If you need to reschedule your time you may do so provided it is not within 24 hours of the existing appointment. I will not refund fees for no-shows.

You are responsible for calling me on time. I have allotted 25 minutes for your call and may have other people scheduled before and after you. So, if your scheduled time is 3:00 to 3:25 and you call in at 3:10, you still only have until 3:25 to talk. I will not bump the next person.

One very important thing to keep in mind. There are no guaranteed outcomes. Sometimes what we really need, once we’ve tried our best and cannot change things, is to find a way to accept what is and move on with dignity. Promise yourself you’ll get some help if you’re finding that hard. Your health and sanity are what matter most!
