"Who is Lisa?"
I'm a personal advisor who helps people struggling with a problem or relationship in their lives to get answers, take action and feel good.
"What does that mean exactly?"
"Get answers" means
- gain a better understanding of the problem,
- consider the needs of the people involved,
- develop a clear idea of the right thing to do.
Keep in mind the "right thing" may also be the hardest thing and it may benefit someone else more than you. This really is okay.
"Take action" means
- make some tough decisions,
- come up with a thoughtful plan,
- put it in motion.
It does not mean plot your revenge, hire a hit man or just avoid the problem altogether!
That kind of action/reaction is what we're trying NOT to do.
Most of us want to do what's "right." Sometimes we just need a little help recognizing what that is.
And when you get it and follow through?
The "feel good" part just comes. Trust me.
